Cost Estimate

Planning Estimate: a rough approximation of cost within a reasonable range of values. Also called ‘Ball Park Estimate’.
Budget Estimate: an approximation based on well-defined (but preliminary) cost data and established ground rules.
Firm Estimate: a figure based on cost data sound enough for entering into a binding contract.

Comprehensive Bill of Quantities

A Bill of Quantities includes the measurements, areas, volumes and any other measurement that is used to build your home.

Building Schedule

Is a step by step program of how you project will and should proceed. Each trade and job is layed out identify any predecessors to ensure a smooth project. This is also provided to you in digital format so you can easily modify as you go along. When you change one part of the build, the next will automatically adjust.
